Podcasts can be an excellent way to add dimension to your branding. During my time at True Captive, I was consistently faced with a challenge: people avoid learning about healthcare insurance. Many find it a boring and overcomplicated topic, and how it is typically presented in the market doesn’t help either.
My solution? To bring entertainment into our branding. I created Running Hot, a business and insurance podcast with increasingly spicy wings accompanying questions for our guests. The clips from the podcast continue to outperform our other social media efforts and set True Captive apart from its competitors.
